i’ve had work done on my tires there a couple times they patched the tire and then I’ve got four brand new tires for a vehicle Both times I’ve been there everybody in the whole store is Nice and professional. They do an excellent job informing you what’s going on with your vehicle they provide probably some of the best customer service that I’ve seen in a long time. Unfortunately it’s something we don’t get much anymore. Keep up the great job!

Discount Tire is the very best tire store that I have every used. Two times I used Discount Tire for home installation of tires purchased from Tire Rack. This time I purchased the tires from Discount Tire directly. The service was awesome. When I arrived, I was greeted at my car by name. We went over what was needed, and within a half hour, the car was ready with four new tires. I thought that it was a NASCAR pit crew working on it , as multiple employees were working together to speed up the process. After experiencing a bad road hazard experience with "Tire Choice", I am happy that Discount Tire does not prorate road hazard values on tires. Full replacement is their policy. Thank you to all at Discount Tire! I will be a Discount Tire customer for many years to come.

I had a great experience here! Jada was very knowledgeable and she helped me find the best tires for my car. Also, the team replaced all 4 tires and my windshield wipers in as little as 15 minutes! Extremely fast. And they have a military discount. Would definitely recommend this place, and I’ll be coming back in the future.

I was in and out in 24 minutes for the installation of a new tire. It took me longer to drive there than the installation took! So impressed. The associate met me at my car when I arrive and was so kind to me as well. I had a great interaction and experience and happy to have a new tire place.

I just wanted to give a shoutout to the store for how well I was treated today. The gentleman who checked me in—I believe his name was Charlie? —was absolutely outstanding. He was professional, well-mannered, and genuinely caring. He got me checked in quickly, handled my flat tire, replaced it, and made sure everything was taken care of without any issues. Despite the stress of suddenly getting a flat from a nail, the whole experience went smoothly thanks to him. After I picked up my car, I even went back to personally shake his hand and thank him while he was helping another customer, because you don’t come across this level of service very often. All I can say is, if he hasn’t already been recognized with a raise or bonus, he absolutely deserves one. Employees like him are rare, and as someone who works in customer service myself, I can say this kind of dedication isn’t something you see every day. Do whatever you can to keep him—people like that make a real difference.
